Tuesdays, 22th, 29th, 5th, 12th July | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
A 4 week wheel-throwing course, perfect for complete beginners as well as potters looking to refine and practice their skills. You’ll learn how to prepare, center, and throw clay to create cylinders, bowls, and possibly other forms. Throughout the course, you'll receive expert guidance, tips, and encouragement from your tutor, Yael.
With a small class size of just six participants, you’ll benefit from plenty of personalised attention and hands-on support.
Up to 5kg of clay to be fired is included in this course, this should be more than enough to make several bowls and mugs. Any additional pots can be kept for £5/kg, which covers glazing and firing. You'll have a selection of our house glazes to choose from and can either have these glazed by us or if you would like to attend a glaze session to finish your own work.
Finished pots will be ready to collect 3-6 weeks after the course. You will be able to check the progress and collection dates of your work on our pot collection section on the website, and we will send you an email to let you know they are ready too
