A 3 hour wheel-throwing session, suitable for complete beginners to more experienced potters looking to improve. You will learn how to prepare, center, and throw your clay to form cylinders, bowls, and potentially other forms too. You will receive plenty of support, top tips, and encouragement from your tutor Emma throughout the day. 

This session is perfect for anyone who wants to give throwing clay a try or those who wish to develop their skills at the wheel. With a small class size of 6 you will get lots of personalised attention and support.

Clay is included, and you may keep your 3 best pots. Additional pots will be charged at £5/kg, which includes glazing and firing. You will be given the choice of our house glazes.

All pots will be ready to collect 4-6 weeks after the course. We will notify you by email when they are ready.

What to Bring:

  • Apron

  • Small hand towel

  • Short nails

  • Long hair tied back.
