FAQs

Do I need any pottery experience?

No, most of our courses are open to complete beginners. If a class requires more experience, we will always specify it in the course description. If however you have experience with ceramics you will be supported with developing and improving your work.

How do I get to the studio?

We are located under the arches of the Parkland Walk in central Muswell Hill, which is well-served by public transport. You can also walk along the beautiful Parkland Walk to reach the studio. There is free and paid parking nearby.

What should I bring?

Please bring a small hand-towel and an apron. These should be washed regularly to keep clay dust to a minimum. If you are attending a full-day class, please bring lunch or there are many cafes, supermarkets, and bakeries nearby. We have tea and coffee making facilities available in the studio.

I can no longer attend my class, what happens?

Let us know and we will do our best to fill your space. If we are able to fill your space we will offer you a class exchange or refund. Or we are very happy for you to fill the space with a friend or family member. If however the space isn’t filled then we are unable to offer a refund.

Do you have a waiting list?

If a class is fully booked, you can add your name to the waiting list. Alternatively you can add your name to our mailing list, or send us an email.

Do you offer parties or private events?

Please contact Jenny who runs all our private events at the studio
